Tambi\u00e9n te pedir\u00e1 tu consentimiento para participar en el programa y te har\u00e1 algunos controles b\u00e1sicos de salud. Esto puede incluir pruebas respiratorias y controles card\u00edacos. Tambi\u00e9n te ofrecer\u00e1n ayuda para dejar de fumar si fumas actualmente.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pr\u00f3ximos pasos:  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si cumples los requisitos y has dado tu consentimiento, se te ofrecer\u00e1 una tomograf\u00eda computarizada de dosis baja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si tienes nuevos s\u00edntomas en esta fase, se te enviar\u00e1 a controles adicionales con tu m\u00e9dico y se interrumpir\u00e1 la prueba de cribado.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si no cumples los requisitos, no seguir\u00e1s con el programa de cribado.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                                                            <div class=\"accordion-item pathway-item\">\n                    <h3 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-5\">\n                        <button type=\"button\"\n                            aria-expanded=\"false\"\n                            aria-controls=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-5\"\n                            id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-5-btn\"\n                            class=\"accordion-trigger\">\n                            <span class=\"step-number\" aria-hidden=\"true\">Step 5:<\/span>\n                            <span class=\"step-title\">Tu tomograf\u00eda computarizada de baja dosis  <\/span>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content\"\n                        id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-5\"\n                        role=\"region\"\n                        aria-labelledby=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-5-btn\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tu tomograf\u00eda computarizada de dosis baja se realizar\u00e1 ahora durante la misma cita o en una nueva cita, dependiendo del programa de tu pa\u00eds.  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si realizas el escaneado, pasar\u00e1s al siguiente paso y recibir\u00e1s los resultados.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si no la tienes, se te volver\u00e1 a invitar a realizarla en otra fecha.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                                                            <div class=\"accordion-item pathway-item\">\n                    <h3 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-6\">\n                        <button type=\"button\"\n                            aria-expanded=\"false\"\n                            aria-controls=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-6\"\n                            id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-6-btn\"\n                            class=\"accordion-trigger\">\n                            <span class=\"step-number\" aria-hidden=\"true\">Step 6:<\/span>\n                            <span class=\"step-title\">Tus resultados  <\/span>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content\"\n                        id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-6\"\n                        role=\"region\"\n                        aria-labelledby=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-6-btn\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A continuaci\u00f3n se describen los resultados que podr\u00edas obtener y los pasos siguientes:  <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>No se han encontrado problemas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Despu\u00e9s se te invitar\u00e1 a volver para otra exploraci\u00f3n en 1-2 a\u00f1os (dependiendo de tu riesgo).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Otros hallazgos:  <\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el problema detectado sugiere que necesitas consultar a tu m\u00e9dico de familia\/m\u00e9dico general, te remitir\u00e1n a \u00e9l. Se te invitar\u00e1 a volver al programa de cribado del c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n una vez que se haya resuelto este problema. <\/li>\n<li>Si el problema detectado requiere atenci\u00f3n hospitalaria, se te derivar\u00e1. Se te invitar\u00e1 a volver al programa de cribado del c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n cuando se haya resuelto el otro problema. <\/li>\n<li>Si se detectan peque\u00f1os n\u00f3dulos pulmonares no cancerosos, tu equipo de profesionales sanitarios seguir\u00e1 unas directrices especializadas para tratarlos. Implicar\u00e1 cuidados en el hospital o la vuelta al programa de cribado del c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n para controles de seguimiento. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>El c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n se detecta  <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Si se detecta c\u00e1ncer de pulm\u00f3n, recibir\u00e1s una derivaci\u00f3n urgente a un hospital para que te hagan m\u00e1s pruebas y te den tratamiento, si es necesario. Tras el tratamiento o el seguimiento, se te puede pedir que vuelvas al programa. <\/p>\n<h3><b>Se encuentra otra afecci\u00f3n grave  <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si se detecta otra enfermedad, como la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva cr\u00f3nica (EPOC), se te derivar\u00e1 al equipo hospitalario adecuado. Tras el tratamiento o el seguimiento, se te puede pedir que vuelvas al programa.   <\/span><\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                                                            <div class=\"accordion-item pathway-item\">\n                    <h3 class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-7\">\n                        <button type=\"button\"\n                            aria-expanded=\"false\"\n                            aria-controls=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-7\"\n                            id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-7-btn\"\n                            class=\"accordion-trigger\">\n                            <span class=\"step-number\" aria-hidden=\"true\">Step 7:<\/span>\n                            <span class=\"step-title\">Seguimiento<\/span>\n                        <\/button>\n                    <\/h3>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content\"\n                        id=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-panel-7\"\n                        role=\"region\"\n                        aria-labelledby=\"patient-pathway-69df2b38728db-header-7-btn\">\n                        <p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En esta fase final, se te informar\u00e1 de los siguientes pasos en funci\u00f3n de tus resultados:  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si sigues necesitando controles pulmonares, te dir\u00e1n cu\u00e1ndo debe ser tu pr\u00f3xima exploraci\u00f3n (cada a\u00f1o, cada dos a\u00f1os o con otro intervalo).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si no necesitas m\u00e1s controles, te dar\u00e1n el alta o te atender\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de tu equipo habitual del SNS.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si sientes que necesitas m\u00e1s apoyo despu\u00e9s de recibir los resultados de tu exploraci\u00f3n, lee nuestras p\u00e1ginas sobre preguntas frecuentes, otros servicios de apoyo e historias de pacientes.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"parent":2932,"menu_order":7,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3225","patients","type-patients","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
