Pokud chcete zjistit, zda m\u00e1te n\u00e1rok na vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, vypl\u0148te n\u00e1\u0161 rychl\u00fd kv\u00edz nebo si p\u0159e\u010dt\u011bte na\u0161i str\u00e1nku o n\u00e1roku na vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed.   <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pokud spl\u0148ujete podm\u00ednky, budete za\u0159azeni do programu, kter\u00fd bude Po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 v\u00e1s tak\u00e9 o souhlas s \u00fa\u010dast\u00ed v programu a provede n\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch kontrol. Ty mohou zahrnovat dechov\u00e9 testy a vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed srdce. Po vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu budete pozv\u00e1ni zp\u011bt do programu screeningu rakoviny plic. <\/li>\n<li>Pokud zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd probl\u00e9m vy\u017eaduje nemocni\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, budete p\u0159ed\u00e1ni d\u00e1l. Po vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jin\u00e9ho probl\u00e9mu budete pozv\u00e1ni zp\u011bt do programu screeningu rakoviny plic. <\/li>\n<li>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u00e1lezu mal\u00fdch nen\u00e1dorov\u00fdch plicn\u00edch uzl\u00edk\u016f bude v\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edk\u016f postupovat podle odborn\u00fdch pokyn\u016f. To bude zahrnovat bu\u010f p\u00e9\u010di v nemocnici, nebo n\u00e1vrat do programu screeningu rakoviny plic za \u00fa\u010delem n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch kontrol. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Rakovina plic se vyskytuje  <\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Pokud se zjist\u00ed rakovina plic, dostanete urgentn\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed do nemocni\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de k dal\u0161\u00edm vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edm a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010db\u011b. Po l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nebo n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m sledov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1ni, abyste se vr\u00e1tili do programu. <\/p>\n<h3><b>Je zji\u0161t\u011bn jin\u00fd z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fd stav  <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pokud se zjist\u00ed jin\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad chronick\u00e1 obstruk\u010dn\u00ed plicn\u00ed nemoc (CHOPN), budete odesl\u00e1ni ke spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu nemocni\u010dn\u00edmu t\u00fdmu.
